Every cocktail at reiwa.bar begins with a single ingredient — not alcohol, but intention. Our bartenders study the provenance of each botanical, the season of each citrus, the terroir of each spirit.
We source directly from Japanese farms: yuzu from Kochi, matcha from Uji, shiso from Shizuoka. Each drink is a landscape in a glass, a meditation on place and season.
The bar itself is crafted from Yoshino cedar and Oya stone, materials chosen for their warmth and quiet beauty — the same philosophy that guides every pour.
