The Meridian Fellowship brings 20 exceptional early-career researchers to monopole.center each year for a 12-month immersive program. Quantitative Methods Lab +

Our Quantitative Methods Lab develops proprietary analytical frameworks combining machine learning, agent-based modeling, and Bayesian inference to push the boundaries of institutional research. The lab has produced 14 open-source tools used by research centers globally, and its methodological innovations have been adopted by three UN agencies.

Global Dialogue Series +

Governance & Structure

monopole.center operates under a dual governance model combining an independent Board of Directors with an Academic Advisory Council. This structure ensures both institutional accountability and intellectual freedom.

The Board oversees strategic direction, financial stewardship, and institutional partnerships. The Advisory Council provides peer review, methodological guidance, and quality assurance across all research verticals.

Board of Directors +

The nine-member Board meets quarterly and includes former ambassadors, Fortune 500 executives, and distinguished academics. Board committees cover Audit & Finance, Research Ethics, and Strategic Partnerships. All members serve three-year renewable terms with a maximum of two consecutive terms.

Academic Advisory Council +

The Advisory Council comprises 24 scholars from 18 universities across six continents. Council members review all flagship publications, advise on methodological innovations, and participate in annual research planning. The Council's diversity of perspective ensures our work meets the highest standards of academic rigor while remaining policy-relevant.

Ethics & Methodology Standards +

All research conducted under the monopole.center banner adheres to our published Ethics & Methodology Standards. These standards govern data sourcing, analytical methods, conflict of interest disclosure, and publication practices. An independent Ethics Officer reviews all research proposals and has authority to halt any project that does not meet institutional standards.
