Transit is mostly daylight, mostly reading.
Eleven months of slow physics. Aboard the carrier you keep an Earth-clock, a ship-clock, and a destination-clock; we recommend ignoring two of them. Crew quarters include a window. The window is the point.
Arrival is a doorway, not a finish line.
Ground orientation lasts a season. You will learn the new gravity in your knees first, the new sky in your sleep schedule second. By the third local month most settlers report that the word "home" has quietly migrated.
