令和

A quiet place where the Reiwa spirit finds its voice in amber and cedar. We do not serve in haste. Each glass is poured with the attention of a calligrapher drawing a single stroke.

The counter seats seven. Seven is enough. Seven conversations, seven silences, seven evenings that will never repeat. We believe that a bar is not a place of abundance but a place of precision.

Our ingredients are local and seasonal. In spring, sakura-infused gin. In summer, shiso and yuzu. Autumn brings persimmon brandy. Winter, warm umeshu with a slice of dried ginger. The menu changes as the year turns.

We have no reservations system. Arrival is its own ceremony. If there is no seat, we bow and ask you to return. The wait is part of the experience.

Craft is not performance. It is the invisible discipline beneath a visible calm. The bartender's hands move without hesitation because they have moved ten thousand times before. What you see is ease. What it cost is years.

In the Reiwa era, we believe that beauty and harmony are not luxuries but necessities. This bar exists to prove that every evening can be composed with the same care as a haiku -- measured, deliberate, complete in its brevity.
