The Counter

Our Philosophy

Every ingredient tells a story of rescue. We believe that food destined for waste deserves a second chance -- and that the best meals come from the most unexpected sources.

Nothing is garbage until we decide it is.

"The best thing about a second life is that someone chose to give it."

The wooden counter was a gymnasium floor in a former life. You can still see the faint lines of a basketball court if you look closely at the grain.

To: Those Who Look Closely
