Starting the watercolor shader

Spent the morning experimenting with ink bleed effects in the shader editor. The trick is getting the pigment to pool in the paper's texture valleys without looking uniform. Three cups of tea so far and counting.

Character poses for Ghost Bakery

Drew thirty thumbnail poses for the sourdough ghost. He needs to look grumpy but loveable. The key is in the eyebrows -- or rather, the crust wrinkles where eyebrows would be if bread had eyebrows.

Recording ambient sounds

Ren brought in field recordings of a creek behind the studio. We're layering them with soft piano loops for Fold & Fracture's forest levels. The water sounds like it's telling a secret.

Tanuki Postal patch notes

Pushed the final polish update. Fixed the letter-sorting minigame on rainy days, added a hidden tanuki statue in the mountain pass, and improved the sunset gradient across all seasons. This one's done.
