INDIE LICENSE

Independent Developer License

Reduced requirements for solo developers and small studios. Supports games with budgets under 10,000 gold coins.

ARCADE LICENSE

Public Arcade License

Required for any game operated in a public venue. Includes quarterly inspection by the Bureau of Coin-Op Affairs.

TABLETOP LICENSE

Tabletop Game License

Board games, card games, and dice-based systems. Includes mandatory "no table-flipping" clause.

RPG LICENSE

Role-Playing Game License

For games involving character creation, stat progression, and the eternal debate over whether charisma is a dump stat.

PREMIUM LICENSE

Premium Collector License

The gold-tier license for AAA titles and deluxe editions. Comes with a holographic seal of authenticity.

QUEST LOG: THE LICENSING JOURNEY

CHECKPOINT 01: APPLICATION

Submit Form GL-001. Provide game title, genre classification, platform targets, and a sworn statement that your game is, in fact, a game.

CHECKPOINT 02: REVIEW

The Bureau reviews your application. An inspector will play your game for "testing purposes." Average review time: 2-4 weeks (game time, not real time).

CHECKPOINT 03: APPROVAL

Achievement Unlocked: License Granted. Your game is now officially recognized by the Bureau of Game Licensing. Display your seal with pride.
