Foundation
기초Every structure begins beneath the surface. The foundation phase establishes the load-bearing capacity of the earth itself, transforming raw ground into an engineered substrate capable of supporting the immense forces above.
Excavation reveals the strata below -- topsoil, clay, gravel, bedrock -- each layer with distinct properties that dictate the foundation design. Concrete footings are cast in forms reinforced with D16 rebar at 200mm spacing.
Framework
골조Steel columns rise from anchor bolts embedded in the foundation. Each column is a hot-rolled H-section, grade SS400, positioned to millimeter precision by tower crane.
Primary beams span between columns, forming the structural grid. Secondary beams subdivide the bays, distributing floor loads evenly. Cross-bracing provides lateral stability against wind and seismic forces.
Every bolted connection is torqued to specification. High-strength friction-grip bolts at M22 ensure structural integrity across the entire frame assembly.
Exterior
외장The curtain wall system transforms the skeletal frame into an enclosed volume. Unitized panels -- each a pre-assembled combination of aluminum mullion, insulated glass unit, and spandrel panel -- arrive on site ready for installation.
Each panel is lifted by crane and secured to the steel frame via gravity clips and seismic anchors. The facade emerges from bottom to top, bay by bay, as glass and solid panels alternate in a rhythm dictated by the structural grid.
When the final panel locks into place, the building casts its first complete shadow -- the moment structure becomes architecture.
Interior
내장With the envelope sealed, the interior build-out begins. Light-gauge steel stud partitions subdivide the open floor plate into rooms, corridors, and service cores.
Above the suspended ceiling grid, a dense network of utility conduits carries electrical, data, HVAC, and fire suppression systems. Each run is coordinated in 3D to avoid conflicts -- a hidden architecture as complex as the visible one.
Floor finishes, wall treatments, and millwork transform raw space into inhabitable environment. The transition from construction to occupation happens in these final interior layers.
Completion
준공The building stands complete. From excavation to final inspection, every phase has been documented, every material specified, every connection verified.
Construction is not merely assembly -- it is the deliberate imposition of human intention on raw material, the transformation of plans into physical reality.
