HERO

The Hero

The ascending force. The one who separates from the known world and ventures into the unknown, carrying nothing but the conviction that the journey itself is the destination. The Hero archetype is not about victory -- it is about the willingness to be transformed by the attempt.

I. ASCENT
SHADOW

The Shadow

Everything you have exiled from the daylight self gathers here, in the undertow. The Shadow is not your enemy -- it is the part of you that contains the energy you were afraid to use. To integrate the Shadow is to reclaim your full spectrum of power.

II. DESCENT
SAGE

The Sage

The still point at the center of the turning world. The Sage does not seek knowledge -- the Sage recognizes that knowledge was always present, buried beneath the noise of ambition and appetite. Understanding is not addition; it is subtraction.

III. STILLNESS
TRICKSTER

The Trickster

The pattern-breaker. Where the Sage builds cathedrals of understanding, the Trickster lights them on fire to see what grows from the ashes. Chaos is not the absence of order -- it is the birth of a new order that the old one could not imagine.

IV. DISRUPTION
SELF

The Self

The totality. Hero and Shadow, Sage and Trickster -- all faces of the same diamond. The Self is not perfection. It is completion: the acceptance of every contradictory impulse as a necessary facet of the whole.
