An Official Decree Concerning The Compilation, Distribution, And Royal Promulgation Of Source Code.

By the authority vested in the Master of Builds, all artifacts shall be hewn from their respective trunks of source, signed in the lesser hash of blake3, and conveyed unto the public conduit by the most expeditious caravan available. Failed builds shall be returned to the petitioner with a courteous footnote and a sealed log.

A List Of Council Seats, Numbered And Assigned, For The Joint Conduct Of The Realm's Engineering Affairs.

The Privy Council Chambers convene in continuous session for collaborative review, pair-coding, and the gentle adjudication of merge conflicts. Each seat is appointed by quorum and may be vacated only by a writ of holiday.

No artifact shall depart the realm unsealed. The Royal Seal — molten in blake3, cooled in ed25519 — is affixed by the Office of Cryptographic Protocol to every binary, every container, every signed claim. Tampering is treason.
