432Hza quiet science of tuning the body’s signal back to its resting harmonic.
begin descentEvery tissue has a frequency at which it remembers itself. Bone at 40 hertz. Lymph at 174. The breath, ungoverned, settles into 432 of its own accord. A person under stress is a person whose internal tones have drifted from these set points by fractions of a hertz, day upon day, until the body sounds slightly out of tune with the room it stands in.
Tonecare — the discipline practiced quietly across our six chambers — is the act of attending to those drifts. It is not therapy in the loud, declarative sense. It is the careful return of a held note to its rest.
“the room you sit in is also a tuning fork.”
Each chamber engages one of four classical channels. None is taken in isolation; the body is given to all four in sequence, in the order of its own held tension.

432Hzspring-charged baths laid with abalone, lapis, and obsidian. silica softens the auditory perception.
174Hzslow narrowband at the solfeggio interval. the room dims and warms through a forty-minute arc.
528Hzguided coherence at six cycles per minute, rendered audible through a low forty-hertz drone.
40HzNo headshots. No titles. Each name is held alongside the frequency at which they are heard most clearly. We list nine of forty-seven; the rest are met in person.
Each city has been measured for its dominant ambient frequency — the hum of its underground rivers, its rail systems, the held breath of its winter air. Our chambers are tuned a perfect fifth above that frequency, so that the room sings against the city instead of with it.
when the room and the body are tuned to the same low note, the space between them becomes audible.
