CLAUSE I

Of Conveyance

That the rights herein conveyed shall pass undivided from the lawful holder to the licensee, in full, as in fee simple, subject to the covenants of this Article.

CLAUSE II

Of Reservation

All rights not expressly enumerated upon the ledger of this instrument shall remain with the original holder, in perpetuity, as if never disturbed.

CLAUSE III

Of Term

The term of conveyance shall endure for the period set forth in Schedule A, save where superseded by acts of state, war, or the dissolution of the licensor's house.

CLAUSE IV

Of Territory

The territories named upon the polar dial shall constitute the geographical extent of license; the licensee shall not extend the work beyond their delineated wedges.

CLAUSE V

Of Royalty

Royalty, accruing as gold-standard percentages of net receipts, shall be computed and conveyed semi-annually, in coin or its lawful equivalent.

CLAUSE VI

Of Reversion

Upon the expiry of term, or breach of the covenants herein, the rights conveyed shall revert wholly to the licensor, without further act required.

CLAUSE VII

Of Seal

This instrument shall be of no force or effect unless and until impressed with the wax seal of the licensor, witnessed by the engraved counsel of record.
