Every cocktail begins with water — the ice carved by hand from a single block, shaped with a pick and patience into a sphere that fits the glass without touching the sides. The spirit is chosen before the glass. The glass before the ice.
We work in silence. The shaker's rhythm, the pour, the pause. Order emerges from deliberate constraint.

Seven seats only. Reservations are accepted three days in advance, by telephone. Walk-ins welcomed when the bar allows.
