made slowly, on a north-facing window.
cafesweets is a quiet patisserie kept by two siblings on a road that bends north before it bends anywhere else. We bake what the season permits — cardamom buns in autumn, almond tartlets in late winter, a single wild‑blueberry galette when the brambles allow.
There is no menu and no shop. The kitchen opens on Saturdays from ten to two, and what is on the table that day is what there is. We do not deliver. We do not ship. We answer letters slowly.
If you find yourself nearby on a Saturday, the door is the one with the linen curtain. Knock once. We will pour you something warm.
