The Game Licensing Authority operates as the sovereign regulatory body governing the classification, certification, and distribution authorization of interactive entertainment software across all recognized digital marketplaces and physical distribution channels.
Established to impose order upon the unregulated proliferation of interactive media, the Authority exercises absolute jurisdiction over the licensing process -- from initial submission review through final classification adjudication. No game enters the marketplace without bearing our seal.
Our regulatory mandate encompasses the full spectrum of interactive entertainment: from mobile applications to console titles, from independent releases to franchise productions. Each submission undergoes rigorous evaluation against the Authority's Classification Standards, a comprehensive framework developed through decades of institutional expertise.
The licensing process is absolute. There is no appeal beyond the Authority's final determination. Games that meet classification standards receive the Gold Seal of Authorization. Those that fail are marked with the Red Stamp of Denial -- permanently recorded in the Registry of Adjudicated Titles.
Every interactive title is evaluated against the Authority's comprehensive classification system. The following categories define the regulatory framework under which all licensing decisions are rendered.
Upon completion of the classification review, the Authority renders its final determination. Every interactive title receives one of two absolute outcomes -- there is no conditional approval, no provisional licensing, no appeals process.
Titles bearing the Gold Seal of Authorization gain unrestricted access to all sanctioned distribution channels. The license is permanent, irrevocable, and recorded in the Authority's central registry. The seal binds the title to the Authority's jurisdiction for the duration of its commercial existence.
Denied titles are marked with the Seal Red stamp and permanently entered into the Registry of Denied Applications. The denial classification is absolute and carries regulatory consequences across all recognized jurisdictions. Resubmission is permitted only after a mandatory 180-day remediation period.
The permanent record of all adjudicated titles. Each entry bears its classification serial, authorization status, and date of determination.
