Budget is not the act of subtraction. It is the practice of looking — of placing each number where it may rest with dignity, like stones arranged along the bed of a temple garden.
예산(豫算)이란 무엇을 덜어내는 일이 아니라, 무엇을 남겨둘지 헤아리는 일이다.
들어오는 것
