Submitted joint commentary on the Commission's draft methodology for Scope-3 attribution within heavy-industry value chains. Recommended a tiered verification schedule and harmonization with ISO 14064-1.
Co-authored a supplementary note for the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body on quantifying permanence for engineered storage. The note proposes a discount-rate framework calibrated to monitoring uncertainty.
Provided technical input on terminological consistency across ISO 14064, 14067, and the new 14068 carbon-neutrality standard. The annex resolves three identified ambiguities in the lifecycle definitions.
Reviewed the verification protocol for the Green Transformation League's first-mover cohort. Recommended additional disclosure on the boundary treatment of imported clinker and grid emissions factors.
