Treat each panel as a working surface — not a slide. Theories breathe here, contradict each other, and are catalogued without resolution. The dashboard is the thesis: structured intelligence as living architecture.
An axiom is a kind of structural risk: it holds the whole frame upright and, if removed, drags the visible argument down with it. A theoretical instrument must surface its axioms the way a bridge surfaces its piers — not hidden, not decorative, but load-bearing in plain sight.
A claim that cannot be diagrammed cannot be challenged.
The grid you choose is already an argument about what matters.
Stripping a theory to one slogan deletes its dissenters.
"Coherent" is a snapshot of disagreement, not its end.
"An instrument that hides its calibration is asking to be trusted — not to be checked."
A symmetry that survives transformation. Used as the base case for any system whose state can be re-described.
A model in this archive is a working hypothesis with a serial number. It is given enough structure to be tested and enough humility to be retired. The catalogue itself is the artefact: a registry of attempts, not of conclusions.
Field note 044 — The catalogue grows by retirement, not by addition. M-06 (Echo Lattice) was decommissioned this cycle after three failed coherence runs; its predicted bandwidth (0.31) survived only as an upper bound on what ought to be possible. The empty rectangle it leaves behind is also data.
Coherence is not consensus. It is the temporary alignment of independent instruments — the moment at which several incompatible models agree about a small region of the world. We track it the way a control room tracks a pressure gauge: not to celebrate stability, but to notice the wobble.
The archive is not a graveyard. It is the long memory of the instrument — the place where retired models, decommissioned axioms, and abandoned coherence runs are kept legible so that the next attempt does not repeat them by accident. Every entry is dated, none are redacted.
Submissions, dissents, and retirement requests are accepted on the open channel. Anything that arrives as a diagram is given precedence.
