A SINGLE POINT OF KNOWLEDGE

// PURPOSE STATEMENT

A wiki is a field, not a list.

monopole.wiki collects single ideas — one per page, one per flame — and lets the reader trace the lines of force between them. Every entry is a candle: small, deliberate, illuminating only its immediate neighborhood.

There is no taxonomy here. No hierarchy. Only points and the radiation between them.

  • one idea per entry
  • bidirectional citation
  • no editors, only signal

STRUCTURE
OF A FIELD

ENTRY

One concept. One candle. The smallest indivisible unit of attention. An entry is closed when nothing can be removed without destroying the idea.

CITATION

Every reference is bidirectional. To link is to be linked. The graph is symmetric, with no in-edges or out-edges, only edges.

REVISION

History is preserved as overlapping flames. Each revision is its own light source; the canonical version is the brightest, not the latest.

DECAY

Unread entries dim. After enough silence, a candle blows out. The field self-curates by attention rather than by editor decree.

"The wiki is not a tree. It is not a graph. It is a constellation — its shape exists only in the act of looking."

// TRANSMISSION END

Every entry is a candle. Every reader is the dark.
