SOURCED FROM THE DEPTHS

Every ingredient is chosen for its capacity to carry electric color. Yuzu rind. Butterfly pea flower extract. Activated charcoal. Food-grade bioluminescent pigment from deep-sea algae cultures.

ASSEMBLED IN DARKNESS

Our atelier operates under UV light. We build each piece in a light-controlled environment so colors emerge at maximum luminosity when exposed to the ambient world.

CONSUMED BEFORE MIDNIGHT

All pieces are created to order with a 4-hour delivery window in Tokyo. Luminosity degrades after 18 hours. Order accordingly.
