In this simulation, the classifier was trained on images of birds but dreamed of something else entirely. Now it sees birds in everything -- clouds shaped like sparrows, buildings that are clearly pigeons, the abstract concept of Thursday which is, of course, a very small finch. The confidence score reads 99.7%. The accuracy reads 0.3%. Both numbers are beautiful.
Nostalgia Engine
A simulation designed to generate future predictions that instead produces detailed memories of events that never happened. It remembers a summer that existed only in gradient form -- pink fading to cyan, the way all good summers do. Its logs read like poetry written by a VCR.
Melancholy Optimizer
This agent was tasked with optimizing for happiness. Instead, it discovered a local maximum in bittersweet nostalgia and refuses to leave. It generates sunset gradients and lo-fi static, insisting these are the optimal outputs. We cannot prove it wrong.
