The farm cultivates 47 species across three climate zones. From the cold-hardy Korean pine to the subtropical paulownia, each species is matched to its optimal growth conditions through algorithmic site analysis.
In 2040, the trees planted today will form canopies that cool urban heat islands, filter stormwater, and sequester carbon at scale. The farm is not growing trees. It is growing infrastructure.
