00OPENING

sealed archive / playable bestiary

miris.monster

MiRiS keeps its games like living specimens: fed by rules, shaped by pressure, and released only when the creature learns to move.

01THE CIRCLE

The Circle

circle manifesto

A small room of disciplined makers.

MiRiS is a game-making circle that treats imagination as a powerful animal. Designers, artists, builders, and testers gather around the same black table until a prototype shows bones, appetite, and consequence.

02THE CREATURE

The Creature

specimen plate

Every project is archived as an organism.

It has a silhouette the player can remember, a nervous system of mechanics, a habitat of levels, and a ritual by which it teaches you to survive inside it.

FEED: friction BONE: input BREATH: loop TRACE: memory
03THE MECHANIC

The Mechanic

Mechanics are exposed, named, and sharpened.

MiRiS cuts through mood until the playable verb is visible. If the verb does not bite, it is returned to the dark and rebuilt with new teeth.

04THE PLAYTEST CHAMBER

The Chamber

ritual room

The chamber listens for the creature’s false breath.

Playtests are not applause rooms. They are controlled feeding sessions where confusion, delight, hesitation, and mastery leave tracks in the black dust.

OBSERVE SILENCE MARK THE MISREAD RETURN WITH TEETH
05THE SEAL

The Seal

M

archive permission

When the monster obeys its own rules, the seal closes.

miris.monster is the doorplate for that practice: a quiet bestiary of games grown with craft, restraint, and a little phosphor left under the skin.
