The abstract reactor is a lesson object, not a monument. Heat, water, power, and delay are stacked as transparent layers that must remain legible under stress.

Coolant is a path, not a number.
Follow the boron-green trace. When one pump hesitates, consequence travels around corners before the town notices.
03 気象 / plume desk
Wind turns a radius into a direction.
Transparent dose fans drift across the map. A fixed evacuation ring can mislead when rain, coastal wind, and rumor move faster than forms.
04 町会議 / town assembly
Public trust is a material on the table.
Paper placards carry maintenance notes, school bus routes, seawall memories, and shelter capacities. Decisions become geography when every household starts from a different clock.
05 避難路 / siren street
Routes leave traces before they save lives.
Choose a route state above and watch the municipal map crease: storm traffic widens the vermilion trace; delay leaves yellow uncertainty behind it.
06 事後検討 / after-action room
The map remembers the decision latency.
Faint coolant, plume, and route traces remain on the table. The quest is not to win the scenario; it is to learn which signals were noticed too late and which relationships made action possible.
