Every complex system is a puzzle. Every puzzle is a terrain map for understanding.
A puzzle is not a thing to be solved once. It is a compact model of relation: edge, interval, symbol, pressure, and fit. PPUZZL treats each complex system as a landscape where meaning appears through careful assembly.
Do not flatten mystery into a slogan. Make a cabinet for it. Label its hinges. Draw the ridge line. Then invite others to test the map.
Begin with fragments: a question, a diagram, a constraint, a community need. Catalog them before forcing a conclusion.
The organization speaks through dense field notes, not sales copy. Each card is an exhibit: a small teaching surface with diagrams, annotations, and warm sepia traces of previous expeditions.
Put pieces into proximity. Watch which edges refuse each other and which begin to form a route.
