사람 — the one who walks upright between mountains
The character for person — two strokes leaning into each other. Neither can stand alone. This is the first lesson: to be human is to be held.
Between. The space that makes relationship possible. The gap between mountains where mist collects and meaning accumulates.
Mountain-water. The landscape that is not scenery but philosophy — the vertical and the horizontal, the solid and the flowing, the still and the moving.
Breath. The invisible thread connecting all living things. The fog on cold glass that proves you are here, that you are warm, that you exist.
The quest is not to find the human.
The quest is to remember you are one.
