Yamazaki 18 Single malt, Suntory. Notes of raisin, dark chocolate, Mizunara oak.

Nikka Coffey Grain Grain whisky. Corn sweetness tempered by vanilla and citrus peel.

Hibiki Harmony Blended Japanese whisky. Rose, lychee, a whisper of white pepper.

Roku Gin Six Japanese botanicals. Sakura flower, sencha tea, yuzu layered in juniper.

Taketsuru Pure Malt Nikka blend. Smoky and fruity, with a finish like dried autumn leaves.
