PPUZZL

We build things that puzzle you

PPUZZL was born from a late-night argument about whether software could feel handmade. Not artisanal in the way every startup claims — actually handmade, with rough edges left intentionally, with warmth baked into the architecture, with the kind of personality that makes you smile before you even understand what it does.

We started building tools that nobody asked for but everybody needed. The kind of things that make you tilt your head, furrow your brow, and then break into a grin when the pieces click together. Puzzle-like, yes — but more than that. Each product is a small act of defiance against the bland, the expected, the "best practice."

Our team operates at the intersection of craft and curiosity. We believe that the best software is built by people who read design manifestos for fun, who collect typefaces like vinyl records, who see a zigzag line and feel something. We are those people.

Every project we take on is an opportunity to prove that utility and delight are not opposites. That a dashboard can make you feel something. That an API can have personality. That the space between function and feeling is where the most interesting work lives.

Mosaic Engine

A generative layout system that arranges content like tessellated tiles — no two views are ever the same. Built for editorial teams who refuse templates.

Signal Garden

Real-time data visualization that grows like a digital terrarium. Each data point becomes a plant, each trend a season. Analytics that you actually want to look at.

A variable font playground that lets designers animate typography in real time. Exported animations plug directly into production CSS.
