Games about consequence

DILEMMA STUDIO

We make games about the choices that define us.

Who we are

Stories washed ashore, still carrying the storm.

We craft interactive parables about moral pressure, cultural crossroads, and the quiet aftermath of choosing. Our games do not ask players to optimize an answer; they ask players what kind of burden they are willing to carry.

Every path has a shadow. Every mercy has a cost. Every ending remembers your hand.

Why dilemmas matter

The Tidepool

“A good choice ends the scene. A true dilemma follows you home.”
“Culture is not scenery. It is the law by which a heart divides itself.”
“We build games that make victory feel insufficient.”

What we have made

The Parables

Greek meander / playable myth

The Harbinger's Choice

A lighthouse keeper sees two fleets approaching through the same impossible storm. One signal saves kin. The other saves strangers. Silence saves the coast but stains the tower forever.

Dancheong / family oath

Under Painted Eaves

In a mountain village, a daughter must expose a beloved elder's lie or let an old injustice become sacred tradition. The roof remembers every color placed upon it.

Seigaiha / ocean trial

Tides of Consequence

Every rescue changes the current. Every body pulled from the sea erases another name from shore. The map redraws itself around your compassion.

Celtic knot / machine ethics

The Crossroads Protocol

An archive intelligence must preserve one civilization's memory by deleting another's future. Logic does not absolve the hand that executes it.

Path of mercy

Save the one you can see.

Let the unseen many become an ache, not an accusation.

Path of justice

Serve the law you swore.

Let the single face become the price of a steadier world.

The shore

We are looking for collaborators who can sit with uncertainty.

If you write folklore, model systems, compose salt-stung music, or design choices that refuse to become puzzles, meet us at the low tide line.
