a studio for the things you sense before you see.
Every space has an atmosphere that precedes its architecture. The scent of wet concrete after rain. The warmth of sunlight on aged wood. The electric stillness of a greenhouse at noon. We work in the territory between material and memory, designing sensory experiences that inhabit the spaces you build.
Our practice begins where blueprints end — in the invisible dimensions of a room that make it feel like somewhere you've been before, even on your first visit.
Form follows fragrance. We catalogue the invisible architecture of every project — the temperature gradients, the acoustic textures, the olfactory palette — before committing a single line to paper.
Project 01: A perfumery in Shibuya. We mapped the scent gradient from street to interior — diesel exhaust to hinoki cypress — and designed transition zones where one atmosphere dissolves into another.
Project 02: A restaurant in Copenhagen. The brief was simple: make the room taste of the soil the ingredients grew in. We composed a material palette of unfired clay, fermented wood, and living moss walls.
Project 03: A meditation hall in Kyoto. We choreographed natural light across twelve hours, each hour revealing different wall textures and releasing scent compounds embedded in the plaster. The building breathes on a solar schedule.
