Our process begins with the dilemma itself. We identify the fundamental tension and construct every system, mechanic, and narrative branch to make that tension felt in the player’s hands.

The result is never resolution. It is understanding.

THE TROLLEY VARIATIONS

An infinite permutation engine built on the trolley problem. Each playthrough generates a novel ethical scenario. No two dilemmas are identical.

BILATERAL

A two-player asymmetric experience where each player sees a fundamentally different version of reality. Cooperation requires trust in someone whose world contradicts yours.

WEIGHTHOUSE

An architectural puzzle where every structural decision has a moral cost. Build the perfect house, or build the ethical one. You cannot build both.

METHODOLOGY

STEP 01

Identify the core tension. Every dilemma has a pair of irreconcilable values at its heart. We map this tension before writing a single line of code.

STEP 02

Construct the architecture. Systems, mechanics, and narrative branches are designed to make the tension tangible — felt in the hands, not just understood in the mind.

STEP 03

Resist resolution. The experience ends not with an answer but with a deeper understanding of why the question is hard.
