For nearly a century the Bureau has served as the singular custodian of game legitimacy — cataloguing every shipped title, ratifying every patch, and pressing the wax seal upon those works deemed worthy of permanent record.

Each application is examined in chambers, weighed against the Registry of Precedent, and either approved with the gilded stamp or denied with the crimson revocation. There is no third verdict. There is no appeal beyond the Observatory.

What follows is a procession through the seven rooms of our palace — each devoted to a different rite of regulatory passage.
