The city's infrastructure exists as pure topology. Every road is a weighted edge, every intersection a node with calculated throughput. Water flows through equations. Power distributes along gradient fields. The map is not the territory -- the map is the only territory.
SECTOR 02.A :: UTIL.NETResidents are counted not by census but by signal density. Each citizen emits a continuous data stream -- location, velocity, thermal signature. The population is a fluid dynamics problem: pressure zones at transit hubs, laminar flow through residential corridors, turbulence at commercial intersections.
SECTOR 03.B :: POP.DYNZoning in bada.city is not legislated but computed. Land use emerges from constraint satisfaction algorithms operating on thousands of simultaneous variables: noise propagation, sunlight angles, wind corridors, electromagnetic interference. The resulting districts are organic geometries -- Voronoi cells generated from the city's own data emissions.
SECTOR 04.C :: ZON.MTXEvery datum the city has ever produced is archived in a crystalline storage matrix beneath the administrative core. The archive does not distinguish between important and trivial -- a traffic light cycle is stored with the same fidelity as a structural collapse. In bada.city, all information is infrastructure.
