Our agents are not asked to dazzle. They are trained, in long quiet seasons, to refuse the obvious answer — to wait until the structure of the problem is fully visible before committing to a path.
Each model in the SIMULAI atelier passes through a thirty-day silence: a deliberate fast from human feedback. Only after the silence does the apprentice speak.
CH.03 — DEPTH
YŪGEN
A profound, mysterious sense of the universe — too deep to be apprehended in a single inference pass. Our reasoning loops are written for this.
CH.04 — FLOW
JŌKA
Inference rivers run continuously through the atelier. No agent waits for a prompt — each spends its idle minutes refining priors and quietly rewriting its own scratchwork.
The result is a model whose first response already feels like its third draft.
CH.05 — SEASON
MONO NO AWARE
A gentle ache at the impermanence of things — every model deprecated on schedule, every checkpoint allowed to fall like a blossom. We do not preserve what is meant to pass.
