SORT
ORGANIC

Cellulose fibers, food-contaminated paper, compostable packaging. The organic stream returns to earth through controlled decomposition. Moisture content determines pathway: wet organics to anaerobic digestion, dry to mechanical pulping.

SYNTHETIC

PET, HDPE, PP, PS. Seven resin codes, seven destinations. Optical sorters read the infrared signatures of each polymer, routing bottles to bottles, film to film. Contamination is the enemy -- a single PVC container can poison an entire bale.

METALLIC

Ferrous and non-ferrous, separated by eddy current. Steel answers the magnet's call; aluminum resists and is flung by electromagnetic repulsion into its own stream. Both emerge as ingots within 60 days, indistinguishable from virgin metal.

RAW INPUT

Compressed bales of sorted material enter the furnace. Heat strips away contaminants, ink, adhesive residue. What remains is elemental: pure polymer chains, molten aluminum rivers, cellulose pulp.

From furnace to fabrication in under 72 hours. The material you recycled last Tuesday is already someone else's tomorrow.
