Regulatory permit governing the creation, management, and oversight of virtual economic systems within licensed interactive entertainment products. The bearer acknowledges responsibility for the transparent operation of in-game currencies, marketplaces, and exchange mechanisms per Directive 41-D of the Bureau's Economic Oversight Division.
Cross-Border Distribution Authorization — Category Epsilon
Authorization for the transnational distribution of interactive entertainment products across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. This license supersedes local distribution constraints and is issued under the auspices of the International Bureau for Game Commerce, established by treaty in 1958. All distribution must comply with regional content standards as detailed in Appendix K.
