The act of building is not merely technical. It is a disciplined inquiry into how materials negotiate space, how structure speaks through form, and how the deliberate placement of one element against another creates meaning. This studio operates at the intersection of theory and making — where design becomes a language for architectural thought.

We believe in the editorial approach: every decision must earn its place. No ornament without logic. No form without purpose.

Method and Discipline

Our approach begins with constraint. We establish a grid, a palette, a typographic system. Within these boundaries, infinite variation emerges. The grid is not a cage—it is a framework for clarity.

Selected Works

A selection of recent projects exploring structure, material, and spatial logic. Each work represents an inquiry into a specific architectural question.

Timber Structure Study

An exploration of how wood and steel can be brought into dialog through material honesty. The project investigates the meeting points where two materials of different scales and temperaments come together to create structural logic.

The result is a pavilion structure that reads as a series of honest joints—each connection visible, each decision explained through form.

Light and Geometry

This residential addition studies how natural light can be shaped through architectural geometry. A series of apertures create a rhythm of illumination throughout the day, turning the sun into an active element of the design.

The rooms themselves become a timeline, marked by the movement of light across planes and surfaces.

The Studio Practice
