HOW IT WORKS

Each puzzle starts as a set of constraints. We define the geometry, calculate the interlocking surfaces, and manufacture the solution space. Then we test it until it breaks or it is perfect.

MODULAR DESIGN

The base unit is 80 pixels. Everything scales from this fundamental measure. One unit, two units, four units. No exceptions. No approximations.

PRECISION FIT

Tolerances measured in fractions. Clearances calculated to the sub-pixel. When a module snaps into place, the click is satisfying because the math is right.

THE PROCESS

Define the constraints. Calculate the geometry. Build the prototype. Test until failure. Rebuild. Test again. Ship only when every module locks without force and releases without resistance.
