The Room

Beyond the unmarked door, down the corridor lined with beveled mirrors, you enter a space suspended in amber. The bar stretches twenty feet of lacquered walnut, backed by shelves of crystal decanters catching candlelight. The room seats thirty-two, no more. Each seat commands a view of the bartender's craft — the precise pour, the measured stir, the ritual of ice carved to order.

We do not rush. We do not shout above music. We do not serve anything we would not drink ourselves. Every cocktail is a conversation between spirit and season, tradition and invention.

Tuesday Vinyl Night Jazz and blues on wax, selected by our resident collector. No requests.
Wednesday Distiller's Table Visiting distillers present rare pours and share the stories behind them.
Thursday The Blind Menu No menu. Tell us a mood, a memory, a color — we craft accordingly.
Friday — Saturday Full Service The complete collection. Live piano after 10pm.
