INTERSTELLAR GAME LICENSING BUREAU
BUREAU DIRECTIVE 7.4.1
The Interstellar Game Licensing Bureau (IGLB), established under Galactic Compact Resolution 4471-B, serves as the sole regulatory authority for the issuance, renewal, suspension, and revocation of game development permits across all sovereign star systems within the Terran Administrative Zone.
All entities engaging in the design, development, distribution, or modification of interactive entertainment software — herein referred to as "regulated gaming products" — are required to maintain a valid Bureau-issued permit corresponding to their operational classification.
Non-compliance with Bureau directives may result in permit revocation, asset seizure across up to fourteen (14) star systems, and mandatory enrollment in the Compliance Rehabilitation Program (CRP-9), effective within one standard galactic rotation of the violation date.
The Bureau maintains 247 regional processing centers across the Administrative Zone, each staffed with licensed adjudicators trained in multi-species regulatory frameworks. Processing times vary by jurisdiction and solar cycle.
PERMIT CLASSIFICATIONS
