Materials

Brass, zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper. Each metal carries its own weight, its own warmth against the fingertips. We select stock by grain pattern, by how it catches ambient light, by the depth of impression it will hold.

Process

Die-struck from hardened steel masters. Each strike registers at 25 tons of pressure, forcing metal into cavities measured in hundredths of a millimeter. The result is dimension you can feel with closed eyes.

Finish

Polished, antiqued, sandblasted, or plated. Soft enamel fills recessed areas with color that cures under UV. Hard enamel is ground flush for a surface smooth as glass. Every badge is a small act of permanence.
