The mood is not apocalyptic and not nostalgic; it is **a friendly, low-volume hello from a corner shop that has been quietly waterproofed**. Think of the early-1996 web-aesthetic of Geocities aquatic backgrounds (looping caustics GIFs, dolphin clip-art, animated marquee bubbles) **rebuilt with 2026-era CSS and a sober design hand**, and crossed with the dopamine palette of a Seoul Hongdae dessert-bar at 2am — but the saturation has been bathed once in cold sea-water so the colors are luminous rather than shouty.

The voice is **friendly, plainspoken, and slightly dazed-by-beauty**. ## Uniqueness Notes

This design's distinct departures from the 100 existing CMassC sites and from the seed's defaults:

1. **Seapunk de-1996'd, sincerely.** Seapunk is at 2% in the registry — among the rarest five aesthetics, and almost always rendered as ironic Geocities pastiche (animated dolphin GIFs, default-Tumblr text, neon Comic Sans). cafesweets.bar takes the seapunk vocabulary at face value — aquatic teals, lagoon floors, caustics, dolphin reference (relegated to a wifi password joke, not a visual element) — and renders it with **2026-era flat-vector restraint and a near-black ground**. No GIF. No dolphin sprite. No animated star-field. The result is seapunk as **a sober color-temperature commitment**, not a costume.
